New! 01.07.17 1974 Sony AVC-3250 Vidicon Small Studio Camera Here is a small studio camera from the early 1970's. It uses a two thirds inch vidicon tube for pickup and has a detachable four inch CRT viewfinder for aiming. These were used in many schools and corporate video studios of the time. This camera, and others in the series, were the work horses of their day. This particular unit is in excellent fully operational condition. The lens is the good old f 1.8, 12.5mm - 75mm. 6 to 1 zoom. It has switches to select normal or high sensitivity and internal or exteranl synchronization. Internal sync is used for stand alone operation. External sync is used with some VTR's or with a Special Effects Generator in a multi-camera operation. NEEDED: Service manual for this camera.
